Welcome to our Projects Page. Here you can find a few featured Projects, documentation for all Projects incentivized by the UCIDA, and our Current Project Applications. In 2023 Projects incentivized by the Ulster County IDA created or retained 1,562 jobs and created 21.5 million in local tax revenue.
Pursuant to NYS Senate Bill, S88, effective January 1, 2020, public hearings and meetings of UCIDA & UCCRC will be recorded, saved and made available for a period of no less than five years. Projects & Initiatives
For Co-Founders Paul Seres and Charles Ferri, the rich local history of Ulster County is vital to their customer’s experience at The Hudson House & Distillery. This project, known as The Star Estate, came to fruition in 2021 through a PILOT agreement with the UCIDA. “There is a mutual benefit for Businesses and IDAs. Having a PILOT made the most sense for us when starting out and we love the new leadership we’re seeing out of the Ulster IDA.”
